Accessibility tools here range from automated auditing that catches contrast and markup issues to component libraries built with screen readers and keyboard navigation in mind from the start. Automated checks catch a real subset of issues but not all of them, so manual testing still matters for anything interactive. Building accessibility in from the start is meaningfully cheaper than retrofitting it later.
