Beseen

Tracks which prompts get your competitors named by ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity instead of you, then hands you the rewrite to fix it. Ranking first on Google and being the name an assistant says are two different problems.

What is Beseen?

Beseen is an AI visibility tracker, pitched as "be seen by humans and agents." It runs a set of prompts against ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity on a weekly schedule, records who gets named in the answers, and pulls your Google rank for the same terms in the same run. The premise it's built on is that those two audiences come apart: you can hold the top organic spot for "best X" and still never be the answer an assistant gives, because assistants pick a name rather than hand back a list of links.

Where it goes past measurement is the second half of the loop. For each prompt where a competitor shows up and you don't, it generates a concrete rewrite (title, meta, H1, page structure) or an article brief, and then re-checks the same prompt on later runs to see whether the answer actually moved. It never publishes anything itself. You get copy to paste or a prompt to hand to your coding agent.

Key features

  • Weekly scans across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, with Gemini on a monthly cadence for the higher tiers
  • Google rank pull in the same run, so you can see the ranking-versus-being-named gap directly instead of inferring it from two separate tools
  • Competitor attribution per prompt: not just "you weren't cited" but which name got said instead
  • Generated rewrites and article briefs tied to the specific prompt that's failing, rather than generic content suggestions
  • Re-checks after a fix ships, so the effect of a change is measured rather than assumed
  • Nothing auto-publishes. Every fix lands as copy you review first

Who it's for

Anyone whose customers ask an assistant "who's the best X" before they ask Google. That's broader than software: restaurants, hotels, dental and legal practices, plumbers, garages, gyms, and agencies all sit in categories where the assistant's answer is a short list of names. It's most useful once you already have pages worth citing. If your site is three pages old, there's no visibility signal to track yet and you're paying to watch a flat line.

Worth knowing before you start: the diagnosis arrives on the first scan, but movement takes three to four weeks, because assistants have to re-crawl and re-index before a rewrite can change what they say. The weekly (not daily) cadence is a deliberate match to that lag, not a limitation.

Pricing

Two free checks to start, with no card and no expiry, capped to Starter's limits. The first is your diagnosis and the second exists to compare against it once you've shipped a fix. One allowance per person rather than per account.

Paid plans are monthly: Starter at $99 for one site and 25 prompts, Growth at $199 for five sites at 25 prompts each, and Agency at $349 for ten sites at 40 prompts each. All three run ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity weekly; Growth and Agency add Gemini monthly. Check the site for current plans.
